Currently, attendance tracking is managed with manual or legacy systems, resulting in accuracy and integration issues. This project implements a SaaS-based solution with hardware (badge readers), automating and improving attendance data, supporting real-time monitoring, and integrating with HR and payroll systems for blue collar workers.
- Implement a robust SaaS time and attendance tracking solution.
- Deploy badge readers at all critical entry/exit points for accurate data capture.
- Integrate with existing HR, payroll, and finance systems.
- Improve record accuracy, reduce admin workload, and ensure compliance.
Covers procurement and installation of attendance hardware and deployment of a SaaS solution in Belgium's main operational buildings/sites. Offices are excluded in the first phase.
